Frank is an entrepreneur at heart with a sales background. Frank had majored in Computer Science with a minor in Business in Florida A&M University/ Florida State. He had an architecture Scholarship and a Division 1 football scholarship. Frank started his career as a financial advisor straight from college. Later, he decided to become a public adjuster. Since 10 years of age, Frank's true passion always lies in Real estate. Frank's started several businesses just for the simple fact of making as much money to invest in real estate. After Joining Multifamily Program, Frank later decided to scale up into apartment complexes, where he met Rod and started Opulent Capital LLC, a fancy way of saying Abundance Capital, a company focused on multi-family acquisition and investments for investors and in doing so, help leverage his strengths to better identify quality investments for investors. Frank in the process helped raise millions of dollars for multifamily syndication.
Frank' proud of the 501(c)3 nonprofit foundation he founded and runs called The Foundation New Covenant of Children, which is an orphanage with over 247 children. Frank believes in Giving back, and the best way to start is through children, because they are the future.
Mr. Khleif brings 42 years of real estate ownership and management experience to the team. He has owned over 2000 single-family homes which were rented long-term, as well as thousands of multifamily apartment units. Mr. Khleif hosts the largest commercial real estate podcast in existence titled: Lifetime Cash Flow Through Real Estate Investing, which has been downloaded over 10 million times.
Mr. Khleif also hosts the largest multifamily education and networking group on Facebook with over 38,000 members. As an educator, Mr. Khleif has hosted sold out multifamily training boot camps across the country and virtually online with thousands of past participants. He also has hundreds of mentorship coaching students across the US and abroad.
Mr. Khleif is most proud of the 501(c)3 nonprofit foundation he founded and runs called The Tiny Hands Foundation which has benefited over 100,000 at risk children in Florida with holiday meals and backpacks filled with school supplies.
Jason Pero is the President of Pero Real Estate, LLC which was founded in 2001 with his wife Nadia. Jason has owned and operated over $65,000,000 of real estate assets comprised of over 2,600 multifamily units. Pero Real Estate is one of the largest real estate investment companies in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
Current President of the Apartment Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania and board member for 15 years, Jason takes pride in educating landlords and real estate investors. An author, frequent guest on nationally recognized podcasts, and a real estate coach for new and experienced investors, Jason has worked hard to provide value in every aspect of his business.
Jason has broad experience in strategic planning, property and asset management, acquisitions, value-add opportunities, syndications and dispositions.
